SOSA 3 months residency in their Innovation Center, the global innovation hub, in Tel Aviv or New York.


Martyn Holman
Augmentum Fintech

Martyn is a partner at Augmentum Fintech and has nearly 20 years of experience as an operator, advisor and investor in tech and growth spaces. Martyn’s early career was spent as a strategy consultant with the Boston Consulting Group, consulting with FTSE 50 clients across consumer, energy, financial services and heavy industry. Since then he has accrued 15 years of experience as both an operator and investor in the tech/VC space. He was a key member of the early Betfair team, the UK’s first true unicorn, and later co-founded LMAX Exchange which has since featured as the #1 Times Tech Track Growth Company. More recently, Martyn has a number of years as an investor and partner in several UK-based venture capital funds.

She is a connector of people and ecosystems, building the networks of entrepreneurs, investors, and developers. As a member of the Country Leadership Team at Salesforce and leader of the Israel Entrepreneurs CEO Committee, she strives to empower others and be a catalyst for growth and development.

Bar leads the Salesforce Business Builder program in Israel which supports inspiring founders to bring their ideas to the marketplace, using the trusted Salesforce platform. Alongside a team of advisors, she supports start-ups through his seed-to-growth acceleration program, helping them scale, fast.

Outside of work, Bar enjoys paddle boarding, off-roading, trekking, and enjoying quality time with her 3 children.

Uzi Sheffer

Uzi is leading SOSA’s daily operations while spearheading the company to realize its vision. Prior to SOSA, Uzi founded eCommerce businesses that transformed the way diamonds are sold online. He was also a commercial pilot for 4 years, so knows how to take SOSA to new heights.

When he’s not managing SOSA’s global operations across 4 continents, you’ll find Uzi catching waves on his surfboard or playing his guitar.

Kfir leads the investments at AnD Ventures. Prior to joining AnD Ventures, he was a senior member of OurCrowd’s investments team and the FrontierTech and AgriFood technologies lead at the crowdfunding platform, where he led dozens of investments in cutting-edge technologies.

Previously, Kfir practiced Technology Law, with a focus on IP, M&As, and contracts for advanced technological projects and start-ups.
