Eyal is Co-CEO of One Zero, Israel’s first digital bank. He initially joined the initiative as an external strategic advisor to help draft the bank’s original business plan, at a time when the project was still in its early conceptual stages. A year later, he became a full-time member of the founding team and management, and one of the three individuals formally credited with establishing the bank.
Today, One Zero employs around 350 people and serves over 150,000 customers.
Eyal’s background combines technology, finance, and leadership. He studied computer science, physics and technology in high school, and went on to serve in an elite combat intelligence unit in the IDF, where he was appointed unit commander at the age of 22. He later worked in the defense industry and as a strategy consultant at PwC.
Academically, Eyal focused on finance, and has long been interested in the intersection of financial services and technology.
He views his role at One Zero as an opportunity to drive meaningful change in a sector that affects people’s everyday lives, using technology to deliver more effective solutions than those currently available in the global market.
Lilac is the Co-Founder and CEO of Lili, the financial platform that helps small business owners simplify financial management, streamlining banking, accounting and tax processes. She founded Lili in 2019, with Liran Zelkha, and since its launch, the company has helped over 200,000 small business owners grow their businesses.
An experienced chief executive with over 10 years of experience in the fintech space, Lilac has a demonstrated history of founding, managing, and leading operations at multiple financial companies. Prior to Lili, she was the founder and CEO of challenger bank Pepper. Lilac also previously served as EVP of Business Development for Max at Bank Leumi, where she forged strategic partnerships and established a program for early stage fintech start-ups.
With over 30 years of experience in investment management and investment banking with technology and VC expertise have made Tamir a cornerstone of the investing community. Tamir is also a public figure in the financial sector, served as a judge in the local Shark Tank TV show, and is a regular panel member in the local and foreign media. Tamir is the founder and CEO of the Tamir Fishman Investment House.
Noam is a Co-Founder and CEO of Panax. Previously, she served as VP Finance at Mixtiles where she experienced first hand the challenges of cash flow management at fast-growing companies. Before Mixtiles, Noam worked with Niv (Panax’s CBO and Co-Founder) at FIMI, a leading PE fund. At FIMI, Noam and Niv saw the immense need for treasury automation at the fund’s portfolio companies.
Noam started her career at The Boston Consulting Group, working on strategic projects across various industries. Noam holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Harvard University. She’s an Olympic athlete and represented Israel in the fencing event at the 2008 Olympic Games.
Hadar joined Team8 from Mastercard Worldwide, where she held a variety of investment, product and account management roles across the US and European markets over an 8 year tenure. At Mastercard, Hadar developed deep expertise across key fintech verticals, including commercial and personal payments, cyber and data, eCommerce, digital wallets, crypto. She led Mastercard’s European equity investments in leading fintech companies. During her tenure, Mastercard evaluated hundreds of companies and completed more than 10 equity investments, totalling over $50m, coupled with commercial agreements of a few hundred million dollars.
Before moving to Israel with this role, Hadar lived in New York for six years where she held a number of roles with Mastercard including product management, business development and operations. Hadar has worked with top-notch companies across many verticals, including traditional banks, retailers, disruptive fast-growing fintechs and platforms including Citibank, JPMorgan Chase, Marqeta, Macy’s, Shopify, Google and Airbnb.
In Israel, Hadar worked for Discount Bank’s Corporate Strategy, where she led the body of work on the impact of technology on the branch of the future.
Hadar is an MBA graduate from Columbia Business School, and also holds a BA in Economics and Philosophy from Ben Gurion University.

Experienced in launching new products and developing new business models, developing go-to-market strategy, scaling businesses and products across the USA, EMEA and APAC, while managing direct sales, business development, distribution channels and partnerships.
Rachely is Head of Innovation at Bank Discount, and is responsible for the formation and implementation of the bank's AI strategy roadmap as well as implementing open innovation by establishing collaborations with start-ups to drive creative solutions and enhance business efficiency.
Lia is a Partner at UpWest, the only Silicon Valley-based seed fund built specifically to back early stage Israeli founders entering the US market. Lia leads the fund's Israeli investment team, investing in pre-seed & seed rounds across various domains. A native New Yorker who grew up in an Israeli-American family, she is adept at helping Israeli founders translate their vision to the US market. Lia’s select fintech investments at UpWest include Balance, Ecton, Livble, and others currently in stealth mode. Prior to joining UpWest, Lia worked in politics, regulatory tech, and finance in the US. She holds a BA in Public Policy from Duke University.
Colin is CCO for the UK at iwoca, one of Europe’s leading fintech lenders. With over 25 years of experience spanning consulting, high-growth tech, media and finance, Colin plays a pivotal role in iwoca’s mission to revolutionise small business lending through technology.
Since joining iwoca in 2015, Colin has led customer acquisition through partners and brokers. Under his leadership, iwoca has scaled to provide billions in funding to 100,000 SMEs, helping solve one of the biggest pain points for small businesses: fast, flexible access to capital.
Before iwoca, Colin held senior commercial roles at companies including Flutter, Littlewoods Gaming and Redbus Media Group, helping drive growth, turnaround and acquisition strategies. He started his career at Accenture, working across Europe and the US as a strategy consultant to blue-chip FMCG and pharma clients.

Dean leads DTCP’s Israel office and oversees the firm’s Growth Equity investments across the Israeli tech ecosystem, focusing on Cybersecurity and AI. He serves as a board member of Zenity, Ox Security and Anecdotes, and manages investments or serves as a board observer of Axonius, Appsflyer, Morphisec, and Fornova.
After 15 years in the financial sector, including a decade-long run at Barclays where she served as COO of Barclays Israel and Global Head of its fintech platform, Michal is now building the next generation of B2B financial infrastructure.
As Co-founder and COO of Grain, Michal is helping global businesses tackle currency volatility at the source - embedding AI-driven tools directly into enterprise systems to price in local currencies and protect margins in real-time. With $50m in funding and momentum building, Grain is quickly becoming a core layer of global commerce.
Nadav is a seasoned fintech executive, ex-PayPal and ex-Microsoft and now Business Development Director at Thunes covering EMEA. He focuses on cross-border payments, stablecoins, and real-time financial infrastructure, with a track record of building strategic partnerships that connect banks, fintechs, gig economy players and digital asset providers.
Ilanit is Financial Risk Management and Insurtech Lead at KPMG Israel, and heads the following areas of expertise: Basel III and Solvency II advisory services, including QIS reviews. EV reviews for leading insurance companies in Israel. Ongoing audit supervision of information systems, actuarial calculations and risk management for insurance related companies, pension funds, provident funds and banks. SOX 404 advisory projects for financial institutions as well as industrial and software companies. Part of the work was implemented in foreign subsidiaries (mainly in the US and in Europe). Various IT leading projects in Israel’s largest financial institutions (banks, insurance companies etc). Ilanit provides consultation services to many companies in the process of purchasing new IT systems, including ALM (Asset Liability Management) and SAP systems (including Bank Analyzer and SAP HANA). ISAE 3402 and ISAE 3000 for financial operational installations, including provident funds operations, trust funds operations and custodian services. FATCA advisory services both to Israeli regulators and the financial industry (banks, insurance companies and large investment houses).
Michal is the Head of Primary Markets, Israel at the London Stock Exchange. In her role, she advises Israeli companies and their shareholders on the process of going public and life as a listed company on London’s markets.
Prior to joining the London Stock Exchange, Michal acted as a General Counsel of an International Investment Group and held several senior corporate finance legal positions in the UK, including at Shoosmiths LLP. Michal has extensive experience in representing companies, funds and investors on a wide range of corporate transactions including those involving capital markets, private equity, venture capital, M&A and takeovers with particular focus on cross border transactions.
Her experience includes successfully advising investors and companies on numerous IPOs and further issues on London’s markets. She speaks three languages (English, Russian and Hebrew) and is a dual qualified lawyer (UK and Israel).
Dana is a founding partner at Vesey Ventures, a US-based early-stage fund investing in companies that will transform financial services - across fintech, commerce, cybersecurity, AI and enterprise tech. Dana's investments at Vesey include Grain, PointFive and Finaloop.
Previously, Dana was a Managing Director at American Express Ventures, where she led investments in fintech infrastructure and enterprise tech. Among her investments are companies such as Melio, Trulioo, BioCatch, Signifyd, Prove, Codat and Menlo Security. She has helped dozens of founders scale from sandbox tech to enterprise adoption and set up strategic partnerships across the industry.
Dana began her career as an officer in Unit 8200, followed by roles in management consulting and business development at American Express in New York and Silicon Valley.
She holds a BA in Economics and Management from Tel Aviv University and an MBA from Columbia University.
Moran is the head of HSBC Ventures, HSBC's Corporate Ventures team, managing a global team across the US, UK, HK, India and Israel. He has 2 decades of track record in strategic venture investments, broad investment banking and M&A, Board/Observer member.
Moran has led investments in companies in the fintech and enterprise software space across US, Israel, Europe and Asia and is a member of LP committees of various Venture Capital firms.
Eitan is CEO and co-founder of Kima, a financial technology company pioneering the universal settlement layer for the modern economy. He is leading Kima's mission to bridge the gap between digital and traditional finance by enabling seamless and compliant cross-ecosystem payments. Maya is an assurance hi-tech partner and fintech leader at PwC Israel. She joined PwC in 2001 and has extensive experience working with hi-tech and public companies, and multinational corporations, with focus in fintech, cyber and regtech. Maya has valuable experience with IPOs in Israel and globally, fundraising, financial due-diligence and debt restructuring.
From 2014-16, Maya was part of PwC UK’s Banking and Capital Market practice, where she audited leading global banks.
Maya holds an MA in Business Management, with a major in Finance, from Bar-Ilan University and a BA in Economics and Accounting from Ben-Gurion University.
Einav is co-founder and CEO of Hextra, an income coach agent that helps people make a side hustle.
She is the former Managing Director of Kodak Israel and the global head of Innovation of Eastman Kodak Company (NYSE: KODK). Einav was the CEO of Tevet, a joint venture between the Government of Israel and JDC.

Avichai is Co-founder and CTO of Charm. Prior to that, he served as Head of Data Science at Transmit Security, where he led AI-driven fraud detection solutions for Fortune 100 financial institutions.
Previously, Avichai held senior roles at Microsoft, driving security innovations for millions of users, and at Adallom (acquired by Microsoft for $320m), advancing cybersecurity technologies.

Alon is a father, cyber futurist, scouter, investor and a college lecturer.

With over a decade of engineering leadership, Danielle has led high-performing development teams building new architecture, systems, and AI-powered financial technology. Most recently, Danielle’s team at Fundbox developed back-office tools for finance teams. She joined Nilus to build better cash management technology - this time at scale.

Neta is a partner in the Banking & Finance department of Herzog Fox & Neeman, and leads the legal counsel in the insurance and health practices and in the field of financial institutions. Before joining Herzog, after 16 years at the Ministry of Finance, Neta was the Deputy Chief Legal Counsel of the Ministry of Finance.
Throughout the past decade Neta coordinated the legal counsel to the Capital Market, Insurance and Savings division in its areas of operation, including general and health insurance, supervision of financial institutions, law enforcement and financial sanctions, licensing of financial institutions, control permits, investments, money laundering, provident funds, life insurance and more. In addition, Neta coordinated the legal advice to the various departments in the Ministry of Finance in other areas, including the health sector, and led the ministry’s legal counsel in legislations, reforms and significant agreements in this area as well as in other areas.
Achiad is a seasoned leader in the cybersecurity and technology sector, with over 15 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships and go-to-market growth.
In recent years, he has helped Astrix Security’s founders build the company from an early-stage start-up into a B-round organization, supporting its evolving needs through different growth phases and driving global expansion.
Previously, he co-founded Validize, a platform that connected cybersecurity vendors with global companies. Omer has over 10 years of experience in fintech and crypto, including building a Multi Assets Stablecoin, working with banks on payment solutions and now he's building the first and only regulated Shekel Stablecoin in Israel (and in the world).
Tobias is a partner and member of Chapman's Banking and Financial Services Department and Compliance, Regulatory and Payments Group. He counsels financial services companies, from start-ups to the country’s largest financial institutions, on consumer and commercial lending, regulatory, compliance, and product innovation issues. He also evaluates marketing and disclosure regimes for Unfair, Deceptive or Abusive Acts or Practices (UDAAP) risks, analyzes state licensing considerations and interfaces with state regulators and government agencies on behalf of national financial services companies.
Tobias advises depository institutions—national and state-chartered banks and credit unions—on building, reviewing, and auditing compliance management systems to minimize compliance risks associated with various consumer and commercial financial products including mortgage, automotive, personal loans in addition to equipment finance loans and leases and loans secured by commercial real estate. He also advises non-depository mortgage brokers, lenders and servicers and automobile lenders on similar concerns.
In emerging technologies and innovative product delivery, Tobias has extensive experience helping fintechs, marketplace lenders, mortgage fintechs, online and small dollar lenders establish compliance management systems and addressing the myriad regulatory issues impacting design and delivery of new financial services products.

Maria is an accomplished payments executive and consultant with 18 years of specialized experience dedicated to building scalable, future-ready payment systems for SaaS companies, marketplaces and digital merchants. As Head of Payments at Artlist, she plays a pivotal role in ensuring efficient global payments, billing and online fraud prevention operations.
Maria’s expertise lies in the critical areas of optimizing global payment stacks, improving acceptance rates, boosting revenue recovery, and designing durable and scalable infrastructure. She has successfully led complex payment re-platforming initiatives, developed and executed cross-functional payment strategies, and provided expert advisory on product roadmaps and vendor selection across the full payments lifecycle.
Beyond her corporate role, Maria works with start-ups, fintechs and online merchants as a consultant. She brings a rare blend of deep technical payment knowledge and strategic business insight, and is passionate about driving innovation in the fintech space while actively championing women in the industry.
Morly is a Commercial insurance expert with 30 years of management experience, including CEO roles at Peltours Insurance (a Migdal subsidiary and major Israeli broker) and Bituach Haklai (Israeli insurer).
In 2019, she founded Global PIL, a regulatory and compliance technology SaaS platform for Israel's financial and privacy sectors, now used by dozens of clients, and hundreds of users, including the Israel Securities Authority.
