Prior to joining Bank Hapoalim, Onti was the Fintech Sector Manager at the UK Israel Tech Hub at the British Embassy in Israel where he managed both the fintech and cyber sectors working closely with start-ups. Before joining the Hub, he was the Fintech Sector Manager at the Israel Export Institute. Cecile is the Head of Impact & Sustainability at Pitango Venture Capital, Israel’s largest VC, where she is responsible for adapting the worlds of ESG and the SDGs to the framework of mainstream venture capital. Cecile has extensive experience in the combination between the impact and technology worlds for almost 20 years. Previously, Cecile was the Founder and Managing Partner of Impact First Investments, Israel's first impact-tech investing company.
Before that, Cecile managed the Noaber Foundation's Israeli investments and held executive positions as a founder, CEO and board member is several start-ups. She was one of the initiators of the Al-Bawader private equity fund, the first investor in Arab-founded start-ups. Cecile founded the mentorship program at the 'Keren Shemesh' Foundation for the Encouragement of Young Entrepreneurs as her community volunteering work.

Ronen is Managing Partner at Team8 Fintech. Dr Ira is the founder of Fintech 4Longevity, a research and consulting platform helping the financial sector be well prepared for the demographic trend of aging. She is an expert in the economics of aging with a particular focus on the role of fintech in improving the financial well-being of mid-life and older adults. In 2020, Ira joined a working group at the World Economic Forum on “Redefining Retirement”.

Ira is the founder of the International Financial Innovation for Aging and Longevity Forum, an international forum which deals with the intersection of longevity, finance and technology. Duncan is a serial entrepreneur, technology pioneer and renowned keynote speaker with over 30 years’ experience in the software industry. His latest venture is Blockchain Technology Partners (BTP), a leading enterprise blockchain company whose partners include Digital Asset, creators of the open source Daml smart contract language, and US cybersecurity start-up Taekion. Prior to this, Duncan founded Cloudsoft Corporation, creator of the Apache Brooklyn open source project, serving as its CEO for 9 years. Duncan holds an MSc in Computation from Oxford University where he was a graduate student at Balliol College.

Shaul is Head of Banking at Railsbank, a global banking as a service platform. In this role Shaul is responsible for developing the platform's network of banking partners and helping Railsbank and its customers reach more countries around the world.

Previously, as the UK Government's first Fintech advisor, Shaul collaborated with governments, innovative companies and financial institutions to accelerate innovation across industry verticals. At the Department for International Trade, Shaul helped build the UK Fintech ecosystem, cementing its global leadership position and supporting fintech companies growing cross border business.

Ken oversees the DFSA’s innovation, cyber risk, and payment services supervision programmes. Roee is Co-founder and CEO of Assured Allies, whose mission is to help seniors successfully age by combining data science and a human centered approach to deliver the best aging outcomes for both families and insurers.

Adam is Vice President Government Affairs for Europe, Middle East and Africa at American Express. He began his career with the European Commission in Brussels, he was posted to Taiwan as the EU’s Economic and Trade officer and this is where his specialisation in international government affairs began. After the Commission he managed Public Affairs in Asia for Pernod Ricard, one of the world’s largest wines and spirits business, based out of Beijing and Hong Kong.

Adam relocated to Europe 4 years ago to take on a global government affairs role promoting and protecting the interests of the world’s largest brands, focused specifically on marketing regulation (such as consumer protection, data privacy, ad fraud, etc). He was based between Brussels and London, but again spent most of his time doing work in individual markets in Europe and further afield in key markets in Asia, Latin America and Africa. Adam joined American Express in 2017, based out of London.

Moshe is VP of Strategic Partnerships and Business Development at Become, an end-to-end financial optimization platform providing SMEs with customized funding offers as well as the tools and insights needed to help them grow and successfully scale their business. Prior to joining the firm, Jason worked for Deutsche Bank for nearly 10 years, where he served as the Global Head of Financial Technology. Prior to Deutsche Bank, Jason was a VP at Citigroup Global Markets and before that he was at Credit Suisse.
